Abstract[English]
Methods for extracorporeal transfection of an immune effector cell are provided. The method includes contacting blood, or a cell-containing fraction thereof, from a subject with a nanoparticle. The nanoparticle includes a surface-exposed immune effector binding moiety. Furthermore, the nanoparticle includes a nucleic acid encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) or T-cell receptor (TCR).[French]
L'invention concerne des procédés de transfection extracorporelle d'une cellule d'effecteur immunitaire. Le procédé comprend la mise en contact du sang, ou d'une fraction contenant des cellules de celui-ci, d'un sujet avec une nanoparticule. La nanoparticule contient une fraction de liaison d'effecteur immunitaire exposée en surface. En outre, la nanoparticule contient un acide nucléique codant pour un récepteur antigénique chimérique (CAR) ou un récepteur de lymphocytes T (TCR).
