Abstract[English] Methods for extracorporeal transfection of an immune effector cell are provided. The method includes contacting blood, or a cell-containing fraction thereof, from a subject with a nanoparticle. The nanoparticle includes a surface-exposed immune effector binding moiety. Furthermore, the nanoparticle includes a nucleic acid encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) or T-cell receptor (TCR).[French] L'invention concerne des procédés de transfection extracorporelle d'une cellule d'effecteur immunitaire.
