Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to processes for preparation of a peptide powder, and the preparation of peptide particles, for example a Dual GIP/GLP-1 peptide such as Tirzepatide. More specifically, the disclosure relates to a process comprising lyophilizing a solution comprising the peptide; and particle size reduction of the obtained lyophilizate. The disclosure further relates to Dual GIP/GLP-1 peptides, particularly Tirzepatide, obtainable by said process and its use in medicine and cosmetic treatment.[French]
