Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verbindungsvorrichtung, eingerichtet zur elektrischen Verbindung eines ersten elektronischen Bauteils mit einem zweiten elektronischen Bauteil, umfassend einen Kupfer-Bonddraht zur elektrischen Verbindung des ersten elektronischen Bauteils mit dem zweiten elektronischen Bauteil, wobei der Kupfer-Bonddraht an wenigstens einem Drahtende eine Abflachung mit einem abgeflachten Umfangsbereich und einem restlichen, insbesondere unumgeformten Umfangsbereich aufweist, wobei der abgeflachte Umfangsbereich eingerichtet ist, auf einer elektrischen Kontaktstelle des ersten elektronischen Bauteils aufgelegt zu werden, um die elektrische Verbindung zu realisieren.[English]
