The present invention generally relates to compounds (I) inhibiting the transforming growth factor β (TGF β) type I receptor (ALK5) (hereinafter ALK5 inhibitors), methods of preparing such compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and therapeutic use thereof. The compounds of the invention may be useful for instance in the treatment of many diseases, disorders, or conditions associated with ALK5 signaling pathway.[French]
