Abstract[English] The present invention generally relates to compounds (I) inhibiting the transforming growth factor β (TGF β) type I receptor (ALK5) (hereinafter ALK5 inhibitors), methods of preparing such compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and therapeutic use thereof.
