Abstract[English] Provided is a pixel circuit and an image sensor that have a wider dynamic range than the conventional one and can read electrical signals at high speeds while suppressing power consumption. The pixel circuit comprises a photodiode, a measuring part that measures a light amount according to a current output from one end of the photodiode, and a gate part provided between the photodiode and the measuring part. The pixel circuit is supplied with a recharge signal to set one end of the photodiode to a predetermined potential. The gate part is configured to connect the photodiode and the measuring part such that the measuring part measures the light amount at a plurality of time points in a single cycle of the recharge signal.[French] L'invention concerne un circuit de pixels et un capteur d'image qui ont une plage dynamique plus large que ceux conventionnels et qui peuvent lire des signaux électriques à grande vitesse tout en réduisant la consommation d'énergie. Le circuit de pixels comprend une photodiode, une partie de mesure qui mesure une quantité de lumière en fonction d'un courant sortant d'une extrémité de la photodiode, et une partie de grille prévue entre la photodiode et la partie de mesure.
