Amendments to the Serbian Law on Legal Protection of Industrial Design have entered into force on May 30, 2015.
Under the Order No. 294 by the Government of Kazakhstan dated May 26, 2015 new official fees for trademarks as well as several amendments to the IP legislation came into effect on June 11, 2015.
Official fees for patents, trademarks and designs have been significantly increased.
