Serbia: Official fee increase
New increased official fee schedule took effect on June 1, 2015 for patents, trademarks and industrial designs in Serbia.
Change of the official fees concerned almost all items of the fee schedule from filing of the application till maintenance of the IP protection in force. However it could be said that in USD equivalent said increase is very insignificant and won’t affect budget of potential applicants wishing to protect their IP rights in Serbia.
