Latvia, Poland: New e-services for industrial designs and trademarks

As of June 8, 2015 Latvian Patent Office expanded range of e-services and now it is possible to apply online for registration of trademarks and designs in Latvia, as well as to perform the following actions:

- renewal of trademarks and industrial designs

- recordal of change of name and address

- filing request for cancellation of a trademark or a design registration by the owner’s initiative

As of June 3, 2015  Polish Patent Office offers interactive forms to facilitate the generation of trademarks and designs applications.
