Abstract[English]
According to one aspect of the invention there is provided a sealing system for a mechanical anchor comprising, a first pipe (2) for discharging a settable liquid, a second pipe (3) through which a fluid can be displaced, a retainer device (20) for locating the tendon (1) to be anchored, the first pipe (2) and second pipe (3) and a sealing means associated with the retainer device (20), located between a proximal and a distal end of the tendon (1), wherein the sealing means expands into the hole and the surrounding cavities of the hole (8, 13) in which the tendon is to be anchored, the settable liquid being pumped through the first pipe (2) at the distal end of the tendon (1), the settable liquid entering the sealing means which becomes semi-saturated with said settable liquid, the settable liquid setting within the confines of the sealing means impeding the flow of settable liquid past the sealing means, further where the systematic pumping of the settable liquid displaces the air in the hole through the second pipe (3), thereby creating a seal between a distal and a proximal end of the tendon.[French]
Selon un aspect de l'invention, un système d'étanchéité pour une ancre mécanique comprend un premier tuyau (2) pour évacuer un liquide durcissable, un second tuyau (3) à travers lequel un fluide peut être déplacé, un dispositif de retenue (20) pour positionner le tendon (1) à ancrer, le premier tuyau (2) et le second tuyau (3) et un moyen d'étanchéité associé au dispositif de retenue (20), situé entre une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale du tendon (1), le moyen d'étanchéité se dilatant dans le trou et les cavités environnantes du trou (8, 13) dans lequel le tendon doit être ancré, le liquide durcissable étant pompé à travers le premier tuyau (2) à l'extrémité distale du tendon (1), le liquide durcissable entrant dans le moyen d'étanchéité qui devient semi-saturé avec ledit liquide durcissable, le réglage de liquide durcissable à l'intérieur des limites du moyen d'étanchéité empêchant l'écoulement de liquide durcissable au-delà du moyen d'étanchéité, en outre lorsque le pompage systématique du liquide durcissable déplace l'air dans le trou à travers le second tuyau (3), créant ainsi un joint d'étanchéité entre une extrémité distale et une extrémité proximale du tendon.
