Abstract[English] The invention relates to the production, modification, and use of extracellular vesicles (EVs), particularly for the delivery of payloads of nucleic acids. The EVs can contain retroviral capsids a polysarcosine polymer grafted on a hydrophobic block, and, optionally, an ionizable lipid, and can be used for the targeted delivery of payloads to cells.[French] L'invention concerne la production, la modification et l'utilisation de vésicules extracellulaires (VE), en particulier pour l'administration de charges utiles d'acides nucléiques.
