Abstract[English]
An immersion cooling system includes an immersion cooling tank defining a cavity retaining a fluid, an electrical component disposed within the cavity, wherein at least a portion of the electrical component is immersed in the fluid retained within the cavity, a cold plate operably coupled to the electrical component, the cold plate in thermal communication with the electrical component and the fluid, and a pump, the pump drawing fluid from the cavity and effectuating a flow of fluid about the cold plate to induce forced convective boiling of the fluid flowing about the cold plate.[French]
L'invention concerne un système de refroidissement par immersion comprenant un réservoir de refroidissement par immersion définissant une cavité retenant un fluide, un composant électrique disposé à l'intérieur de la cavité, au moins une partie du composant électrique étant immergée dans le fluide retenu à l'intérieur de la cavité, une plaque froide fonctionnellement couplée au composant électrique, la plaque froide étant en communication thermique avec le composant électrique et le fluide, et une pompe, la pompe aspirant le fluide de la cavité et effectuant un écoulement de fluide autour de la plaque froide pour induire une ébullition convective forcée du fluide s'écoulant autour de la plaque froide.
