The present invention provides recombinant nucleic acids that express a transgene and at least one binding site of miR-206 and/or at least one binding site of miR-128-3p such that expression of the transgene is inhibited by the presence of endogenous miR-206 and/or miR-128-3p in skeletal muscle.[French]
