Abstract[English]
A video camera for displaying a video image using a mixed latency. In one aspect, the video image is a composite of low-latency and high-latency images, wherein the low-latency images are video images with motion and the high-latency images are video images that are still. In another aspect, the video camera detects a motion in the video image and transmits a low-latency image when the video image includes motion and a high-latency image when the video image is still.[French]
L'invention concerne une caméra vidéo pour afficher une image vidéo à l'aide d'une latence mixte. Selon un aspect, l'image vidéo est un composite d'images à faible latence et à latence élevée, les images à faible latence étant des images vidéo avec un mouvement et les images à latence élevée étant des images vidéo qui sont fixes. Selon un autre aspect, la caméra vidéo détecte un mouvement dans l'image vidéo et transmet une image à faible latence lorsque l'image vidéo comprend un mouvement et une image à latence élevée lorsque l'image vidéo est fixe.
