Abstract[English]
A method and computing environment for mine productivity simulation and optimization is disclosed. Mine vehicle work efficiency is determined and stored in a mine vehicle model. A mine geographical layout is imported, and an operational mine model is used to simulate the movement of vehicles and material in the mine. The simulation yields a computation of mine output as a function of energy input to the mine machines. Mine configuration parameters may then be adjusted in the simulation, and real-world mines reconfigured, to meet performance targets.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé et un environnement informatique pour la simulation et l'optimisation de la productivité minière. L'efficacité de travail d'un véhicule minier est déterminée et stockée dans un modèle de véhicule minier. Une disposition géographique de mine est importée, et un modèle de mine opérationnel est utilisé pour simuler le mouvement de véhicules et de matériau dans la mine. La simulation produit un calcul de production minière en fonction de l'entrée d'énergie dans les machines minière. Des paramètres de configuration de mine peuvent ensuite être ajustés dans la simulation, et des mines du monde réel reconfigurées, pour satisfaire des objectifs de performance.
