The housing (116) is proximate the at least one sensor (104) and includes at least one heating element (120) electrically coupled to the controller (108). The heating element (120) includes at least two electrodes (140a, 140b) electrically coupled to the at least one heating element (120) and controller (108). The housing (116) seals the at least one heating element (120) in a water-tight seal. The controller (108) is configured to regulate energy to the heating element (120). The housing (116) is configured to be mounted to an exterior surface of the vehicle (124).
