An assaying system to measure T cell engagement and disengagement to target cancer cells by T cell engager (TCE) antibodies, and its subsequent effects on T cells activation and proliferation. The assay platform may be used to screen TCE candidates that form detachable immune synapse and may provide long-term protection.[French]
L'invention concerne un système de dosage pour mesurer l'engagement et le désengagement des lymphocytes T pour cibler des cellules cancéreuses par des anticorps d'activateurs de lymphocytes T (TCE), et ses effets ultérieurs sur l'activation et la prolifération de lymphocytes T.
