Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides for nasal compositions for antihypertensive drugs and methods for preparing the compositions. The compositions of the disclosure are particularly suitable for pediatric and geriatric, populations, and patients with dysphagia, for treatment of conditions and diseases associated with hypertension, essential hypertension, hypertensive crisis, hypertensive emergency, hypertensive urgency, and other cardiovascular disease by administration, via nasal mucosa.[French]
La présente invention concerne des compositions nasales pour des médicaments antihypertenseurs et des procédés de préparation desdites compositions. Les compositions de l'invention sont particulièrement appropriées pour des populations pédiatriques et gériatriques, et des patients atteints de dysphagie, pour le traitement d'états et de maladies associés à l'hypertension, l'hypertension essentielle, la crise hypertensive, l'urgence hypertensive, la poussée hypertensive et d'autres maladies cardiovasculaires par administration, par l'intermédiaire de la muqueuse nasale.
