Ionizing radiation conversion-power cell system(s) is not discrete and may be used to control single and/or multiple non-ionizing energy and/or ionizing energy singly and/or simultaneously. Ionizing radiation conversion-power cell system(s) may be used for single and/or multi-dose administration of non-ionizing energy and/or ionizing energy, whereas, single and/or multiple doses of non-ionizing energy and/or ionizing energy may be administered using ionizing radiation conversion-power cell system(s).[French]
