Abstract[English]
Embodiments determine indications of sites using their similarity and travel duration. One embodiment is a method that operates on real estate properties. The method receives destinations of commutes. In order to improve usability, the method determines a real estate property within a cluster of real estate properties that have similar features and that have proximate commute durations. Indications of at least one real estate property are presented to the user.[French]
L'invention a pour objet, selon certains modes de réalisation, de déterminer des indications de sites en utilisant leur similarité et la durée de déplacement qui leur est associée. Un mode de réalisation concerne un procédé qui opère sur des biens immobiliers. Le procédé reçoit des destinations de navettes. Afin d'améliorer l'aptitude à l'usage, le procédé détermine un bien immobilier au sein d'un groupement de biens immobiliers qui présentent des caractéristiques similaires et dont les durées de navette ont proches. Des indications d'au moins un bien immobilier sont présentées à l'utilisateur.
