Abstract[English]
The present invention provides methods of detection, including early detection for cancer mediated by SARS-CoV-2 and HPV, by themselves or together with one or more of the following biomarkers: gene specific DNA methylation levels; whole genome DNA methylation levels; host RNA expression levels; T-Cell receptor amount or clonality, and B-Cell receptor amount or clonality. These methods are useful for, among other things, assessing the effectiveness of treatment, monitoring relapse, and clinical staging of cancer. These methods are also useful for among other tilings to monitor the effectiveness of strategies and therapies used to modify lifestyle and contextual effects to prevent disease, foster wellness and enable health promotion.[French]
La présente invention concerne des procédés de détection, y compris la détection précoce d'un cancer médié par le SARS-CoV-2 et le HPV, seuls ou en association avec un ou plusieurs des biomarqueurs suivants : niveaux de méthylation de l'ADN spécifiques des gènes ; niveaux de méthylation de l'ADN du génome entier ; niveaux d'expression de l'ARN de l'hôte ; quantité ou clonalité des récepteurs des lymphocytes T, et quantité ou clonalité des récepteurs des lymphocytes B. Ces procédés sont utiles, entre autres, pour évaluer l'efficacité d'un traitement, surveiller les récidives et la stadification clinique du cancer.
