The present invention relates to a capsule formulation comprising lisdexamfetamine dimesylate and at least one filler, wherein filler is calcium phosphate dibasic anhydrous. Furthermore, the invention discloses a process which is simple, rapid, cost effective, time-saving and industrially convenient process and is created to eliminate the disadvantages of active ingredient.[French]
La présente invention concerne une formulation en capsule comprenant du dimésilate de lisdexamfétamine et au moins un excipient, ledit excipient étant du phosphate de calcium dibasique anhydre. En outre, l'invention divulgue un procédé simple, rapide, économique, permettant un gain de temps et industriellement commode, conçu pour éliminer les inconvénients du principe actif.
