Abstract[English]
The invention is a non-invasive screening method for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), developed for use in the healthcare and medical device manufacturing sectors. Its features include: preparing serum samples by taking blood from patients for use in spectroscopic analysis; Performing molecular structure analyses using Raman spectroscopy; measuring molecular bond vibrations using FT-IR spectroscopy; processing spectral data, evaluating results, and establishing a decision mechanism for NSCLC detection by performing PCA, LDA, and ROC analyses using data analysis software.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de criblage non invasif pour le cancer du poumon non à petites cellules (CPNPC), développé pour être utilisé dans les secteurs industriels des dispositifs de soins de santé et médicaux. Ses caractéristiques comprennent : la préparation d'échantillons de sérum par prélèvement de sang de patients destinés à être utilisés dans une analyse spectroscopique ; la réalisation d'analyses de structure moléculaire à l'aide d'une spectroscopie Raman ; la mesure de vibrations de liaison moléculaire à l'aide d'une spectroscopie IRTF ; le traitement de données spectrales, l'évaluation de résultats, et l'établissement d'un mécanisme de décision pour la détection du CPNPC par réalisation d'analyses PCA, LDA et ROC à l'aide d'un logiciel d'analyse de données.
