Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a tablet composition comprising tenofovir alafenamide monofumarate and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein tenofovir alafenamide monofumarate has a d (0.9) particle size between 85 µm and 20 µm. The present invention also relates to a simple, rapid, cost effective, time-saving and a solvent-free process of preparing the composition.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition de comprimé comprenant du monofumarate de ténofovir alafénamide et au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable, le monofumarate de ténofovir alafénamide ayant une taille de particule d (0,9) comprise entre 85 µm et 20 µm. La présente invention concerne également un procédé simple, rapide, économique, économe en temps et sans solvant de préparation de la composition.
