Abstract[English]
The present invention refers to a crystalline form of cabozantinib stearate designated as Form A and a process for its preparation, a pharmaceutical composition comprising it, and its use for the treatment of patients with progressive, metastatic medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) and for the treatment of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) who have received prior antiangiogenic therapy treatment of cancer.[French]
La présente invention concerne une forme cristalline de stéarate de cabozantinib désignée comme Forme A ainsi qu'un procédé pour sa préparation, une composition pharmaceutique la comprenant, et son utilisation pour le traitement de patients atteints d'un cancer médullaire de la thyroïde (CMT) progressif et métastatique et pour le traitement de patients atteints d'un carcinome rénal avancé à cellules claires (CRC) ayant reçu un traitement antérieur par thérapie antiangiogénique dans le cadre du traitement du cancer.
