The present invention relates to a tablet composition comprising an intragranular phase and an extragranular phase, wherein the intragranular phase comprising ivacaftor and the extragranular phase comprising at least two surfactants. The present invention also relates to a simple, rapid, cost-effective, time-saving and industrially suitable process for the preparation of a tablet composition.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition de comprimé comprenant une phase intragranulaire et une phase extragranulaire, la phase intragranulaire comprenant de l'ivacaftor et la phase extragranulaire comprenant au moins deux tensioactifs. La présente invention concerne également un procédé simple, rapide, économique, économe en temps et industriellement approprié pour la préparation d'une composition de comprimé.
