Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a canister transportation system with wire rope isolator damping elements, which allows the ammunition stored in the canister to be isolated to a significant extent, throughout its life cycle, from manufacturing to integration into the launch vehicle where it will be launched in the field, from the mechanical shock and vibration loads caused by transportation/shipping that it will be exposed to during transportation by land/air/sea. The dual canister transportation system assembly, which is the subject of the invention, basically consists of a canister transportation system with wire rope isolator damping elements and the integration of the dual canister assembly through the carrier table and clamp interfaces through the interrelated connection elements. The canister transportation system is a portable mechanical shock and vibration isolation system that stands out with its feature of being able to install (assembly) and remove (disassembly) the dual canister assembly or the single canister assembly in a short time.[French]
L'invention se rapporte à un système de transport de cartouche avec des éléments d'amortissement d'isolateur de câble métallique, qui permet à la munition stockée dans la cartouche d'être isolée dans une mesure significative, tout au long de son cycle de vie, de la fabrication à l'intégration dans le véhicule de lancement où elle sera lancée sur le terrain, du choc mécanique et des charges de vibration provoquées par le transport/l'expédition auxquels elle sera exposée pendant le transport par terre/air/mer. L'ensemble de système de transport de cartouche double, qui est le sujet de l'invention, est fondamentalement constitué d'un système de transport de cartouche avec des éléments d'amortissement d'isolateur de câble métallique et l'intégration de l'ensemble cartouche double à travers la table de support et d'interfaces de serrage par l'intermédiaire des éléments de raccordement interdépendants. Le système de transport de cartouche est un système d'isolation de vibration et de choc mécanique portable qui se démarque par sa caractéristique de pouvoir installer (monter) et retirer (démonter) l'ensemble cartouche double ou l'ensemble cartouche unique en peu de temps.
