Abstract[English] The Rotary Propulsion Device consists of a rotary path (1), a mass (2) to be moved at a constant speed within the rotary path (1), and a platform (3) on which the rotary path (1) will be mounted. The rotary path (1) is mounted on the shaft bearing (5) on the platform (3) on the axis shaft (4). The rotation of the rotary path (1) can be achieved by any method. The rotary path(1) must rotate continuously around the axis shaft (4). The movement of the mass (2) within the rotary path (1) can be achieved by any method. The mass (2) stats moving within the rotary path (1) from one end and when it reaches the other end, it returns to the starting end at the same speed. The speed of the mass (2) and the rotary path (1) should be adjusted such that when the rotary path (1) rotates 90 degrees, the mass (2) is at the exact center of the rotary path(1). The mass (2) should start moving from one end of the rotary path (1), when the rotary path (1) rotates 90 degrees, the mass (2) should be at the exact center of the rotary path (1), when the rotary path (1) rotates 180 degrees, the mass (2) should be at the other end of the rotary path. When the rotary path (1) rotates 180 degrees, the mass (2) at the forward end of the rotary path(1) should again move towards the other end of the rotary path (1).[French] .
