Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a film coated tablet comprising teriflunomide, wherein the tablet comprising calcium stearate as lubricant and teriflunomide has a d (0.5) particle between 1 µm and 18 µm. Further the present invention discloses a method for the preparation of said tablet.[French]
La présente invention concerne un comprimé pelliculé comprenant du tériflunomide, le comprimé comprenant du stéarate de calcium en tant que lubrifiant et le tériflunomide ayant une taille de particule d (0,5) comprise entre 1 µm et 18 µm. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation dudit comprimé.
