Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a film coated tablet comprising mirabegron, polyethylene oxide and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient wherein the weight ratio of polyethylene oxide to mirabegron ranges from 1 :1 to 4:1 so the tablet provides the desired stability and pharmacotechnical properties and the desired dissolution profile. The present invention also relates to a simple, rapid, cost effective, time-saving and industrially convenient method of preparing the film coated tablet.[French]
La présente invention concerne un comprimé pelliculé comprenant du mirabégron, de l'oxyde de polyéthylène et au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable, le rapport en poids de l'oxyde de polyéthylène au mirabégron allant de 1 : 1 à 4 : 1 de sorte que le comprimé présente la stabilité et les propriétés pharmacotechniques souhaitées et le profil de dissolution souhaité. La présente invention concerne également un procédé simple, rapide, économique, économe en temps et industriellement pratique de préparation du comprimé pelliculé.
