Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a film coated tablet formulation comprising benidipine in the form of the free base or in the form of pharmaceutically acceptable salts and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein benidipine has a d (0.9) particle size less than 50 µm. Furthermore, the formulation is obtained using an effective process.[French]
La présente invention concerne une formulation de comprimé revêtu d'un film comprenant de la bénidipine sous la forme de la base libre ou sous la forme de sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables et au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable, la bénidipine ayant une taille de particule d (0,9) inférieure à 50 µm. En outre, la formulation est obtenue à l'aide d'un processus efficace.
