Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a light-weight bulletproof plate with high performance, comprising thermoplastic polymer sheet, particularly high molecular density polyethylene which has specific stacking of fibre of this invention. Embedded graphene is provided and co-extruded with polymer sheet with heat and extrusion force, then cooling, partitioning the edge of extruded polymer from with foam, attaching honeycomb fabric and ceramic plate respectively, and covering with a single or double weave fabric carbon fibre. The composite is prepared by vacuum infusion under closed system, which the liquid matrix is epoxy resin or epoxy resin with graphene, and hardened under vacuum condition before use.[French]
La présente invention concerne une plaque pare-balles légère à haute performance, comprenant une feuille de polymère thermoplastique, en particulier un polyéthylène à haute densité moléculaire qui présente un empilement spécifique de fibre de la présente invention. On prend du graphène intégré qu'ont co-extrude avec une feuille de polymère à l'aide de la chaleur et d'une force d'extrusion, puis on refroidit et sépare le bord du polymère extrudé de la mousse, on y fixe un tissu en nid d'abeilles et une plaque en céramique de manière respective, puis on le recouvre d'une fibre de carbone à tissage simple ou double. Le composite est préparé par infusion sous vide dans un système fermé, la matrice liquide étant une résine époxy ou une résine époxy avec du graphène, puis durcie dans des conditions de vide avant utilisation.
