Abstract[English]
The present invention provides a method for digitally signing an electronic message in a secure, privacy-preserving, and device-free manner by presenting a biometric probe to a computer terminal, where the biometric probe never leaves the terminal, and it is practically infeasible for any information leaving the terminal to be inverted or reversed back to the presented biometrics. The method registers a user via a computer terminal that converts the user's biometric sample into a cancelable biometric template (CBT) and initiates multi-pa computation with a set of computer servers to perform a key inception algorithm and distribute secret shares to the participating servers, as well as to generate relevant parameters associated with the user's account.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de signature numérique d'un message électronique d'une manière sécurisée, préservant la confidentialité et sans dispositif par présentation d'une sonde biométrique à un terminal informatique, la sonde biométrique ne quittant jamais le terminal, et il est pratiquement impossible pour toutes les informations quittant le terminal d'être inversées ou de nouveau inversées vers les données biométriques présentées. Le procédé enregistre un utilisateur par l'intermédiaire d'un terminal informatique qui convertit l'échantillon biométrique de l'utilisateur en un modèle biométrique remplaçable (CBT) et lance un calcul multi-partie avec un ensemble de serveurs informatiques pour effectuer un algorithme de réception de clé et distribuer des parts secrètes aux serveurs participants, ainsi que pour générer des paramètres pertinents associés au compte de l'utilisateur.
