Abstract[English]
The present disclosure provides a power reduction apparatus, a system, and a method thereof. The apparatus may comprise a pull up network and a pull down network both coupled to an output of the apparatus. The pull up network includes one or more parallelly coupled pull up branches, each pull up branch having a pull up capacitor and a pull up module. The pull down network may also include one or more parallelly coupled pull down branches, each pull down branch having a pull down capacitor and a pull down module. The configuration of capacitors in the apparatus may help to improve power efficiency. Further, the apparatus may be applied to a neuron model based artificial neural networks.[French]
