Abstract[English]
The present invention comprises a medical method, namely a plastic surgery method for hair transplantation. The technical result is a reduction in the rehabilitation period, improvement of aesthetics, and an increase in the degree of hair survival. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the hair transplantation method includes the following: - preparation of the head donor area for extraction of follicles, - placement of hairs with follicles from the donor area one by one, - placement of hairs in a physiological solution at a maintained temperature of 0-4 0 C, - preparation of hair by treating it and follicles with mechanical removal of part of the natural surrounding environment, while maintaining integrity, - preparation of the transfer area, - implantation of hair by making holes with a needle to a depth of 3-5 mm and observing the angle and laying out of hairs.[French]
La présente invention comprend un procédé médical, à savoir un procédé de chirurgie plastique pour la transplantation de cheveux. Le résultat technique est une réduction de la période de restauration, une amélioration de l'esthétique et une augmentation du degré de survie des cheveux. Le résultat technique est obtenu par le fait que le procédé de transplantation de cheveux comprend les étapes suivantes : - la préparation de la zone donneuse de tête pour l'extraction de follicules, - la mise en place de cheveux avec des follicules provenant de la zone donneuse une par une, - la mise en place de cheveux dans une solution physiologique à une température maintenue de 0 à 4 °C, - la préparation des cheveux par traitement et des follicules avec élimination mécanique d'une partie de l'environnement naturel environnant, tout en maintenant l'intégrité, - la préparation de la zone de transfert, - l'implantation de cheveux en pratiquant des trous avec une aiguille à une profondeur de 3 à 5 mm et en respectant l'angle et en étalant les cheveux.
