Abstract[English]
The invention belongs to the field of thermal engineering and can be utilized in the production of liquefied natural gas at the industrial gas plants. A coil heat exchanger comprising: a shell, a first bundle, a core, a multitude of tubes, a first and second group of tube sheets, a multitude of valves, refrigerant distributors, tube bundle supports, tube spacers, as well as coil tubes of tube bundles of multitude of heat exchanger zones of equal diameter; at the same time, the flows of liquid medium and refrigerant entering at different temperatures are later withdrawn from the multitude of bundle tubes at equal temperatures. The invention enables one to develop a coil heat exchanger providing equal heat transfer surface for all coils to equalize the heat transfer across the layers of tube bundle coils.[French]
L'invention se rapporte au domaine de l'ingénierie thermique et peut être utilisée dans la production de gaz naturel liquéfié dans les usines à gaz industriel. Un échangeur thermique à serpentin comprend : une calandre, un premier faisceau, un noyau, une multitude de tubes, des premier et second groupes de feuilles de tubes, une multitude de valves, des distributeurs de fluide frigorigène, des supports de faisceaux de tubes, des entretoises de tubes, ainsi que des serpentins de tubes de faisceaux de tubes d'une multitude de zones d'échange thermique de diamètre égal ; parallèlement, les écoulements de fluide liquide et de fluide frigorigène entrant à des températures différentes sont ensuite retirés de la multitude de tubes de faisceaux à des températures égales. L'invention permet de concevoir un échangeur thermique à serpentin offrant une surface de transfert de chaleur égale pour tous les serpentins afin d'égaliser le transfert de chaleur à travers les couches de serpentins de faisceaux de tubes.
