Abstract[English]
Face mask with embroidered sensor (101) with an interdigitated capacitor made by stitching of a silver-coated polyamide conductive thread on a modern embroidery machine. A disposable face mask (100) was used as the base on which the sensor was made. After making the sensor on the embroidery machine, a sensitive layer (102) is applied in between the sensor structure. This sensitive layer (103) allows the measurement of changes in humidity or temperature difference in inhaled and exhaled air. The appearance of the mask on the face of the user 104 and the position of the sensor when using the mask with the embroidered sensor are shown in fig. 1. Two different non-conductive threads were used to make the sensitive layer, based on spun polyester and extrusion-based polyester.[French]
Masque facial comportant un capteur brodé (101) ayant un condensateur interdigité constitué par la couture d'un fil conducteur en polyamide recouvert d'argent sur une machine à broder moderne. Un masque facial jetable (100) est utilisé comme base sur laquelle le capteur est fabriqué. Après la fabrication du capteur sur la machine à broder, une couche sensible (102) est appliquée entre la structure de capteur. Cette couche sensible (103) permet de mesurer les changements d'humidité ou la différence de température dans l'air inhalé et exhalé. L'aspect du masque sur le visage de l'utilisateur (104) et la position du capteur lors de l'utilisation du masque comportant le capteur brodé sont représentés sur la figure 1. Deux fils non conducteurs différents sont utilisés pour fabriquer la couche sensible, sur la base d'un polyester filé et d'un polyester basé sur l'extrusion.
