The invention refers to the manufacturing technology of transmission chain bolts, where during the assembly process the bolts are riveted (bicycle chain, motorcycle chain, etc.), having a cylindrical shape of diameter D made of a material suitable for diffusion heat treatment, with a portion in the middle (T) thermally treated and at the ends non-thermally treated portions (N) with a manufacturing process in version 1 which has the following phases: semi-finished cutting->rolling->heat treatment ->rectification ->cutting to length -> processed bolt heads, or a manufacturing process in version 2 with the following phases: semi-finished cutting -> painting with ceramic paint -> thermal diffusion treatment -> cleaning ceramic paint -> rectification -> cutting to length -> final bolt processing.[French]
L'invention concerne la technologie de fabrication de boulons de chaîne de transmission, où, pendant le processus d'assemblage, les boulons sont rivetés (chaîne de bicyclette, chaîne de motocyclette, etc.), ayant une forme cylindrique de diamètre D constituée d'un matériau approprié pour un traitement par diffusion thermique, avec une portion au milieu (T) traitée thermiquement et aux extrémités des portions non traitées thermiquement (N) avec un processus de fabrication dans la version 1 qui comprend les phases suivantes : découpe semi-finie -> laminage -> traitement thermique -> rectification -> coupe à la longueur -> têtes de boulon traitées, ou un procédé de fabrication dans la version 2 qui comprend les phases suivantes : découpe semi-finie -> peinture avec peinture céramique -> traitement par diffusion thermique -> peinture céramique de nettoyage -> rectification -> découpe à la longueur-> traitement de boulon final.
