Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a food product made from yogurt, pollen, and honey, along with a method for its preparation. The food product consists of 90% organic yogurt, 3% raw pollen, and 7% honey. The process for obtaining this food product involves creating a mixture of pollen and honey (in this order) in sterilized glass containers, over which organic yogurt is poured, and gently stirred directly in the container.[French]
L'invention concerne un produit alimentaire fabriqué à partir de yaourt, de pollen et de miel, ainsi qu'un procédé pour sa préparation. Le produit alimentaire est constitué de 90% de yaourt organique, de 3% de pollen brut et de 7% de miel. Le procédé d'obtention de ce produit alimentaire consiste à créer un mélange de pollen et de miel (dans cet ordre) dans des récipients en verre stérilisés, sur lesquels le yaourt bio est versé, et directement agité directement dans le récipient.
