Abstract[English] The invention refers to a road structure, sound-absorbing, anti-frost, which ensures increased traffic safety for traffic participants and prevents the negligence or abuse of driving vehicles at excessive speeds. The road structure includes, in addition to the classic layers (1), (2), (3) in which some materials obtained from waste are introduced and a modular carpet (4), made of rubber, provided with pressurization/depressurization branches that ensure a pressure optimal for an imposed speed. The intelligent road structure is also provided with: - radar (R) for determining the speed of the vehicle that is going to travel through the sector with speed limitation, the speed that is transmitted to the computer; - computer (C) equipped with artificial intelligence, database and knowledge related to the optimal pressure of the modular carpet depending on the speed of the vehicle and the weather conditions. The computer is connected to the automation system (9) to which it signals the commands to be performed (increasing or reducing the pressure), and from the system it receives information about the pressure of the pressurization/depressurization chamber. By decreasing the pressure in the pressurization/depressurization loops (chambers), located on the footprint of the vehicle's wheels, the means of transport will be braked because under its weight the modular carpet will be press, appearing a force that opposes the advance. The kinetic energy taken by the modular carpet from the vehicle can be transformed into electrical energy. By introducing hot air or hot water into the pressurization/depressurization loops (chambers), snow deposits are removed. During the summer, it can be obtained hot water that can be used for various purposes.[French] L'invention concerne une structure de route, insonorisante et antigel, qui assure une sécurité accrue de la circulation pour les participants à la circulation et empêche la négligence ou l'abus de la conduite de véhicules à des vitesses excessives. La structure de route comprend, en plus des couches classiques (1), (2), (3) dans lesquelles certains matériaux obtenus à partir de déchets sont introduits, un tapis modulaire (4), en caoutchouc, comportant des branches de pressurisation/dépressurisation qui assurent une pression optimale pour une vitesse imposée. La structure de route intelligente comporte également : - un radar (R) pour déterminer la vitesse du véhicule qui va parcourir le secteur avec une limitation de vitesse, vitesse qui est transmise à l'ordinateur ; - un ordinateur (C) équipé d'une intelligence artificielle, d'une base de données et de connaissances relatives à la pression optimale du tapis modulaire en fonction de la vitesse du véhicule et des conditions météorologiques. L'ordinateur est connecté au système d'automatisation (9) auquel il signale les instructions à effectuer (augmentation ou réduction de la pression), et il reçoit, à partir du système, des informations sur la pression de la chambre de pressurisation/dépressurisation. En diminuant la pression dans les boucles (chambres) de pressurisation/dépressurisation, situées sur l'empreinte des roues du véhicule, le moyen de transport est freiné car, sous son poids, le tapis modulaire est pressé, faisant apparaître une force qui s'oppose à l'avancement. L'énergie cinétique absorbée par le tapis modulaire à partir du véhicule peut être transformée en énergie électrique. En introduisant de l'air chaud ou de l'eau chaude dans les boucles (chambres) de pressurisation/dépressurisation, les dépôts de neige sont éliminés. Pendant l'été, il est possible d'obtenir de l'eau chaude qui peut être utilisée à diverses fins.
