Abstract[English]
The invention relates to the technological innovation of introducing used surgical masks in the recipe of the hot asphalt mixture base layer type AB 31.5 bringing enormous environmental benefits by reducing the disasters caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The hot asphalt mixture of the base layer type AB 31.5, according to the invention, consists, in mass percentages, of 40.8% natural aggregate chipboard with a size of more than 4.0 mm, 50% of crushing sand with a granulometry between 0,0 and 4.0 mm, 5% sorted limestone filler with a particle size of 0.063 and 0.100 mm, 3.9% road bitumen type 50/70 and 0.3% used surgical masks.[French]
L'invention concerne l'innovation technologique consistant à introduire des masques chirurgicaux usagés dans la formulation de la couche de base de mélange d'asphalte chaud de type AB 31,5 apportant des avantages environnementaux énormes par réduction des catastrophes provoquées par la pandémie de COVID -19. Le mélange d'asphalte chaud de la couche de base de type AB 31,5, selon l'invention, est constitué, en pourcentage en masse, de 40,8 % d'aggloméré naturel ayant une taille supérieure à 4,0 mm, 50 % de sable de concassage ayant une granulométrie comprise entre 0,0 et 4,0 mm, 5 % de charge de roche calcaire triée ayant une taille de particule de 0,063 et 0,100 mm, 3,9 % de bitume routier de type 50/70 et 0,3 % de masques chirurgicaux usagés.
