Abstract[English]
The invention is to provide alternative material to replace the wood plank, chipboard and edge board use in furniture, packaging and pallet industries. Paper Plank are form using single flute corrugated board. It goes through the process of continues folding upward and downward and wrap it over as a block. All the folding are hold using glue. The upward folding can be up to maximum of 50 fold and downward folding to the maximum of 50 fold follow by horizontal 90 degree fold and vertical 90 degree fold and another 90 degree horizontal fold follow by 90 degree vertical fold. The paper plank can be spray or soak with soluble wax to strengthen it and make it water resistant and washable.[French]
L'invention vise à fournir une autre matière pour remplacer les planches de bois, les panneaux de particules et les panneaux de bord dans les industries du meuble, des emballages et des palettes. La planche en papier est formée à l'aide d'un carton ondulé à cannelure unique. Elle subit un processus de pli continu vers le haut et vers le bas et est enroulée en un bloc. Tous les plis sont maintenus avec de la colle. Le pli vers le haut peut comprendre un maximum de 50 plis et le pli vers le bas peut comprendre un maximum de 50 plis, suivis d'un pli horizontal à 90 degrés et d'un pli vertical à 90 degrés et d'un autre pli horizontal à 90 degrés suivi d'un pli vertical à 90 degrés. La planche en papier peut être pulvérisée ou trempée avec de la cire soluble pour la renforcer et la rendre résistante à l'eau et lavable.
