This invention can be installed in various ways including stone, aluminum composite, glass or concrete facades on the walls, building roofs, canopies with any shape and form and can be used in any weather, geographical and climatic conditions. This invention, called smart facade with radiant cooling and heating collector, is an intelligent system that as a collector, absorbs the energy of direct, diffused and reflected solar radiation and converts it into heat, and can also use heat exchange with the sky by radiation method to lose heat and generate cooling, that to be used at the desired times and conditions for the necessary heating and cooling.[French]
