Abstract[English]
A variety of artificial stones which also known as engineered stone, are being made by means of vibration, and vacuum. In some cases, compressive force is also added to result in a better compaction. A common defect in the compacted material in such procedure is called compaction defect. This means some parts of the compacted material has not been compacted well enough and the density of those areas, therefore, is lower than that of other well-compacted area. The present invention is about an added system, by which, this defect would almost be gone. The main idea of this system is dividing the vibration from one rigid plate to number of plates.[French]
Une variété de pierres artificielles, également connues sous le nom de pierres reconstituées, sont fabriquées au moyen d'une vibration et d'un vide. Dans certains cas, une force de compression est également ajoutée pour conduire à un meilleur compactage. Un défaut commun dans le matériau compacté dans une telle procédure est appelé défaut de compactage.
