Abstract[English]
A stable oral suspension composition of Atorvastatin comprising 0.41% w/v of Atorvastatin calcium trihydrate, 0.20% w/v of Carmellose sodium, 0.60% w/v of Magnesium aluminum silicate, 0.3% w/v of parabens, 0.30% w/v of Sucralose, 0.10% w/v of Acesulfame potassium, 0.30% w/v of Orange flavour and Water. A process for the preparation of said suspension composition is also disclosed.[French]
L'invention concerne une composition de suspension orale stable d'atorvastatine comprenant 0,41 % p/v d'atorvastatine calcique trihydrate, 0,20 % p/v de carmellose sodique, 0,60 % p/v de silicate de magnésium et d'aluminium, 0,3 % p/v de parabènes, 0,30 % p/v de sucralose, 0,10 % p/v d'acésulfame potassium, 0,30 % p/v d'arôme orange et de l'eau. L'invention divulgue également un procédé de préparation de ladite composition de suspension.
