Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a prolonged-release pharmaceutical composition of trimetazidine dihydrochloride designed to provide controlled and sustained drug release over an extended period. The composition comprises trimetazidine dihydrochloride in combination with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients selected to achieve a desired release profile, improved patient compliance, and enhanced therapeutic effectiveness. The invention further provides a process for preparing the prolonged-release composition, which includes blending, granulating, and compressing the active ingredient with release-modifying polymers and other formulation components. The composition demonstrates consistent in vitro release characteristics and offers a stable and efficient dosage form for the management of conditions requiring trimetazidine therapy.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique à libération prolongée de dichlorhydrate de trimétazidine conçue pour fournir une libération contrôlée et prolongée de médicament sur une période prolongée. La composition comprend du dichlorhydrate de trimétazidine en combinaison avec un ou plusieurs excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables choisis pour obtenir un profil de libération souhaité, une observance améliorée du patient et une efficacité thérapeutique améliorée.
