Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a transmission stand assembly for mounting and operating high-capacity scroll-type machines, such as vacuum pumps. The assembly comprises a transmission casing (101) with a moving scroll (102), a fixed casing (201) with a fixed scroll (202), and at least one transmission stand selected from (129A, and 129B). The fixed casing is configured to slide over the transmission stand using a guiding mechanism, enabling precise back-and-forth motion between open and closed positions for maintenance or operation. Guiding mechanisms may include rail-based systems, track and roller systems, or linear bearings, supporting both horizontal and vertical orientations. The design ensures 1000 nanometer-level alignment accuracy and accommodates manual or mechanical actuation. This system significantly reduces downtime, enhances safety, and improves the ease of inspection and servicing for scroll-type machinery.[French]
La présente invention concerne un ensemble socle de transmission pour le montage et le fonctionnement de machines de type à volute à haute capacité, telles que des pompes à vide.
