Abstract[English] A method for secure communication between a first system 101 with a first processor and a second system 111 with a second processor 112 is provided. The first processor receives a first request for authentication of connection with the second processor, from the second system. The first processor 102 generates a 5 primary key from electromagnetic noise and transmits the primary key to the second system. The first processor and the second processor then independently compute a secondary key from the primary key, and a tertiary key from the secondary key, the primary key, and a predefined key. The second system transmits a second request for authentication to the first system which contains 10 the tertiary key computed by the second system. The first system compares the second request with the tertiary key computed by it, and transmits a validation certificate to the second system if the connection is authenticated.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé de communication sécurisée entre un premier système 101 comprenant un premier processeur et un second système 111 comprenant un second processeur 112. Le premier processeur reçoit une première demande d'authentification de connexion avec le second processeur, en provenance du second système. Le premier processeur 102 génère une clé primaire à partir d'un bruit électromagnétique et transmet la clé primaire au second système. Le premier processeur et le second processeur calculent ensuite indépendamment une clé secondaire à partir de la clé primaire, et une clé tertiaire à partir de la clé secondaire, de la clé primaire et d'une clé prédéfinie.
