Abstract[English]
: The present invention provides a topical pharmaceutical composition comprising Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors like Tofacitinib, Immunosuppressive agent like Tacrolimus, Fingolimod and statins like atorvastatin, Simvastatin, Fluvastatin, Lovastatin, Pitavastatin, Pravastatin and Rosuvastatin dissolved or dispersed in a pharmaceutically acceptable base together with other pharmaceutically acceptable excipients or in a dermatologically acceptable carrier, useful in the treatment of vitiligo. The inventive concept provided herein are methods and pharmaceutical compositions by preparing oral dosage forms like Topical liquid spray or Topical cream or Topical gel dosage form for the management of vitiligo and its associated disorders and accordingly performing preclinical study to prove the efficacy of the selected drug substances from the class of JAK inhibitors, statins and immunosuppressants.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique topique comprenant des inhibiteurs de Janus Kinase (JAK) tels que le tofacitinib, un agent immunosuppresseur tel que le tacrolimus, le fingolimod et les statines comme l'atorvastatine, la simvastatine, la fluvastatine, la lovastatine, la pitavastatine, la pravastatine et la rosuvastatine dissoutes ou dispersées dans une base pharmaceutiquement acceptable conjointement avec d'autres excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables ou dans un véhicule dermatologiquement acceptable, utiles dans le traitement du vitiligo. Le concept de l'invention concerne des procédés et des compositions pharmaceutiques par préparation de formes posologiques orales telles que la pulvérisation de liquide topique ou une crème topique ou une forme posologique de gel topique pour la gestion du vitiligo et de ses troubles associés et, par conséquent, la réalisation d'une étude préclinique pour prouver l'efficacité des substances médicamenteuses sélectionnées à partir de la classe d'inhibiteurs de JAK, de statines et d'immunosuppresseurs.
